Eligibility: 2.1 The offer is available to estate agents who meet the following criteria:

-Must have a 60-day trial of Lead Manager, including Rightmove and Zoopla leads integrated into the Lead Manager system.

-Must agree to serve as a reference site and provide a testimonial.

Phobos    

Option A - Free Set Up 3+21: 3.1 Estate agents choosing Option A will be required to pay a deposit of three months' subscription fees. The subscription will commence from the fourth month onwards. 3.2 If the estate agent does not opt for the Lead Manager trial, an additional £250 will be added to the build fee.

Option B - Build Fee with 12 Months Discounted Subscription: 4.1 Estate agents selecting Option B will be charged a build fee of £1,000.00, followed by 12 months of reduced subscription fees (50% off), amounting to £84.50 per month. 4.2 From the thirteenth month onwards, the subscription fee will revert to the standard rate of £169.00 per branch per month. 4.3 If the estate agent does not opt for the Lead Manager trial, an additional £250 will be added to the build fee.

Europa, Galvez, Gaviria, Agnoli & Vogel - Build Fee with 12 Months Discounted Subscription: 6.1 Estate agents opting for the Europa, Galvez, Gaviria, Agnoli, or Vogel package will be charged a build fee of £1,500.00, followed by 12 months of reduced subscription fees (50% off), amounting to £84.50 per branch per month. 6.2 The subscription will revert to the standard rate of £169.00 per branch per month from the thirteenth month. 6.3 A 60-day trial of Lead Manager with integration of Rightmove and Zoopla leads is mandatory.
